We have simple, transparent plans! Our Starter plan is just 5% + $0.30 per sale. Our popular Professional plan has lower fees at 3.5% + $0.15 per sale and includes more tools. There are no monthly subscription fees on any plan.
How and when do I get paid?
We process payments securely via direct deposit to your bank account. Payments are initiated 7 days after a successful order delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any potential returns.
What can I sell on the marketplace?
You can sell products in over 20 categories, including fashion, electronics, home goods, beauty, and more. Please review our 'Restricted Products' policy to see a full list of items that are not allowed.
How do I manage shipping and fulfillment?
You have two options! You can handle shipping yourself (Fulfillment by Merchant) or you can send your inventory to our warehouses and we will pick, pack, and ship it for you (Fulfillment by Marketplace).
