I ordered the dark green case for my iPhone 15 pro max. It is not dark green, it is turquoise, see photo. I contacted the seller, they said it’s a lighting issue when the photo was taken by the manufacturer, they wouldn’t offer a refund only a discount. Falsely advertised product.

Was told the item was out of stock after I'd already ordered amd paid. Was offered an alternative colour, but they were all out of stock too, so I got a refund, despite a notification to say the item had been dispatched.

Absolutely the best company on here clear and fast communication when one of my item was not available in the colour I ordered offered refund of to choose another colour which I do choose another colour fast delivery , I can’t recommend this company enough they go above and beyond

Ordered this and sent me the wrong one! Ordered for the 15 pro and sent me the 16 pro! They offered a refund and sent me the refund reference but no money return to my account until now and its been nearly a month! Never again!

Excellent seller! I asked if it would be possible to receive this asap. That was Tuesday evening. By Thursday morning I had received it! Excellent communication and very helpful. The phone case is great quality and very sturdy. Very handy to have the sliding compartment to keep credit card in. Very happy. Would highly recommend seller and the phone case. Thankyou
