    We offer standard, express, and next-day delivery options. Availability may vary based on your location and the items in your order.
  2. How long does shipping take?
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    • Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations if ordered before 2 PM

  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹999 / $50. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.
  4. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

    The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local hub or returned to us.

  5. Can I pick up my order from a store or warehouse?

    In-store or warehouse pickup is available for certain locations. Choose the "Pickup" option at checkout if applicable.

  6. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
  7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can only change the address if the order hasn't been shipped.
  8. Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

    Weekend delivery is available in select cities. We do not ship or deliver on public holidays.

  9. How much does shipping cost?
